WHAT WE DID

We built an end-to-end FOIA discovery and submission platform that turns a 2-week manual research slog into a same-day automated workflow. Starting from a Salesforce opportunity, the system identifies the right municipal FOIA contact, captures the submission portal, extracts every required form field, and (optionally) drives a live browser to fill the request, all while pushing structured findings back into Salesforce as auditable records.

Built for Due Diligence

FOIA Discovery

Browses municipal websites to locate the correct FOIA portal, contact email, mailing address, phone, and submission form. Captures screenshots of every page it visits so reviewers can verify findings without re-doing the research. Caches results across projects in the same jurisdiction.

FOIA Form Requirements

Analyzes the discovered intake form and extracts every required field, validation rule, and attachment requirement. Identifies consolidation candidates: projects on the same site with the same form URL get grouped into a single submission.

FOIA Form Filler

Drives a live remote Chromium browser via Anthropic's Computer Use to auto-populate the discovered form. Stops before Submit so a human always has the final say. Includes a “Quick Fill” bookmarklet alternative that runs in the user's own browser with their existing SSO/cookies.

Salesforce Agent

Two-way sync between the platform and Salesforce. Pulls opportunities hourly, pushes enriched FOIA findings back as FOIA_Discovery__c records with full provenance. Idempotent on Site ID so re-runs are safe.

Knowledge Center

RAG-only Q&A across uploaded contracts, SOWs, templates, and reference docs. Hybrid search (vector + full-text) returns cited snippets, never hallucinated answers.

General Assistant

Default chat surface for research, drafting, and brainstorming when the work doesn't fit a specialized agent.
