01The Origin

ConnectPilot.ai was founded in 2025 in Cleveland, Ohio by Alex Hannan and Joe Stanton with a simple belief: AI should be practical, accessible, and built around how real businesses operate. After Joe helped Alex implement an AI-powered workspace for his staffing company, the impact was immediate: streamlining workflows, improving communication, and reducing time spent on repetitive tasks. Today we build for clients across the United States from our Cleveland base.

What started as an internal solution quickly became a larger vision. We realized businesses across every industry are looking for ways to leverage AI, but many struggle with where to start and how to integrate it effectively into their day-to-day operations.

Engagements start with consulting and discovery to map your highest-impact AI opportunities, then we build, deploy, and maintain the custom agents and automations, so you get strategy and the working systems, not just a slide deck.
